Shipping Process: LUXURIATE products are dispatched from our warehouse located in Ghazipur, Delhi, and are delivered to your doorstep via courier. Please allow for the following delivery times once your order has been received:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery Schedule: Order deliveries are scheduled between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Saturday.

Signature Requirement: Upon delivery, a signature is required for accepting the goods. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, we suggest providing an alternative person who can receive the package, such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Please note that LUXURIATE holds no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person.

Post-Delivery Responsibility: LUXURIATE is not liable for any damage that may occur after the product has been successfully delivered.
